- Strategic leadership and direction of the Business Development, Proposals, Marketing, PR/Communications and Corporate Branding programme Provide strategic advice on company-wide direction and implementing of best practices
- Drive key account management with early involvement, client planning, opportunity statements, strategy, and relationship development
- Identify, understand, prequalify, and track progress of project opportunities.
- Manage business-wide and sector specific project pipeline
- Prioritize and select RFP/pursuit of new business, and implement an informed Go/No Go decision
- Manage, develop, and execute bidding, proposal submission and presentation capability
Assist all company businesses to develop longer term sales and revenue projections with key clients/accounts
- Strategic Client management and opportunity plans to improve business intelligence and increase win rate
- Provide market research and intelligence across the business
- Coordination, Competitor Analysis
- Vendor Management
- Talent for identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate company product and service offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased business for existing and potential clients.
- Proven ability to develop sales potential in new market areas.
- Btech / BE-eleltrcal / mechanical + MBA
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and have the ability to multitask
- Ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard-work, enthusiasm, and flexibility
- IT literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
