Responsibility

• Strategic leadership and direction of the Business Development, Proposals, Marketing, PR/Communications and Corporate Branding programme Provide strategic advice on company-wide direction and implementing of best practices
• Drive key account management with early involvement, client planning, opportunity statements, strategy, and relationship development
• Identify, understand, prequalify, and track progress of project opportunities.
• Manage business-wide and sector specific project pipeline
• Prioritize and select RFP/pursuit of new business, and implement an informed Go/No Go decision
• Manage, develop, and execute bidding, proposal submission and presentation capability
  Assist all company businesses to develop longer term sales and revenue projections with key clients/accounts
• Strategic Client management and opportunity plans to improve business intelligence and increase win rate
• Provide market research and intelligence across the business
• Coordination, Competitor Analysis
• Vendor Management
• Talent for identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate company product and service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased business for existing and potential clients.
• Proven ability to develop sales potential in new market areas.

• Btech / BE-eleltrcal / mechanical + MBA
• Enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and have the ability to multitask
• Ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard-work, enthusiasm, and flexibility
• IT literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
